Job Description:

The Accounting Assistant provides critical support by aiding in the day-to-day functionality of the Accounting team.
This role is ideal for someone interested in providing financial and administrative support in a team environment.
Accounting experience is required.
Dealership accounting is preferred.
Candidates who want to learn more about the accounting function and desire to experience a sense of accomplishment at the end of each workday are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Reconciliation and Post Daily Service & Parts Batches.
Communication with Admin Staff & Dealership Managers.
Daily Deposits.
Accounting Schedules. (research and journal entries).
Dealer Trades.
Other tasks are available as overseen by the Accounting Manager.
Cross-training on various positions in the office.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Ability to commute/relocate: Seattle, WA 98134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
